The Heart Hospital at SwedishAmerican presents Heart Care: Ask The Experts, an entertaining and informative public event on Monday, February 8, at Giovanni’s, 610 North Bell School Road, Rockford.

At 6:00 PM, SwedishAmerican President and CEO Dr. Bill Gorski will share an update on the region’s only hospital devoted to hearts, where experienced doctors, the latest technology and the best treatments come together in a unique healing environment.

Dr. Sherwin B. Nuland, a practicing surgeon for more than 30 years and best-selling author of a dozen books, will present, “The Art of Aging: A Doctor’s Prescription for Well-Being.” Dr. Nuland says that growing old is an art, not a disease. Join us as he explores the impacts of aging on the mind and body—and describes how getting older can have surprising blessings.

At 7:00 PM, Dr. Kenneth Brin, cardiologist, will moderate a panel of physicians as they discuss the latest innovations in heart care and answer your questions.
