SwedishAmerican Relocating Rockford Immediate Care Services
January 15, 2014
On Tuesday, February 4, SwedishAmerican Medical Group is pleased to announce the relocation of immediate care services in Rockford from its Brookside clinic (North Alpine and Guilford Roads) to a newer, more patient-friendly facility at 2473 McFarland Road (about 3.5 miles east of the existing clinic).
Located near Franchesco's Ristorante, the new SwedishAmerican Immediate Care offers separate waiting areas for immediate care, laboratory, radiology, and occupational medicine services; more spacious exam rooms; better working space for staff; and closer parking.
"We are excited to offer more modern accommodations to our patients," says Noel Nickel, SwedishAmerican’s director of primary care operations. "By relocating, we are able to provide a higher level of service."
SwedishAmerican Immediate Care provides treatment for minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week without an appointment. In addition to offering medical care for infants, children, and adults, the clinic provides quality occupational medicine services to businesses. For more information, please call (779) 696-9202.
Beyond Rockford, SwedishAmerican Medical Group also offers immediate care services at Hononegah Road and 251 in Roscoe (779-696-9000) and 204 Prairie Street in Marengo (779-696-9553).
